Raychoo (derived from Rachel) is a childhood nickname that holds a special place in my heart. It was the name of my first blog that I started back in middle school, where I poured out all my emotions & teenage feelings almost every day for over 5 years. It was my first creative outlet & I hope that I can continue that in the form of illustrations!

Sustainability is important to us, which is why all our packaging is 100% plastic free. Where plastic is used, it is 100% repurposed. Please help us by recycling or composting your packaging where appropriate.

All orders (excluding custom and personalized orders) are processed within 1-3 business days.

Canada + U.S.: 2-10 business days International: 2-5 weeks

After dispatch, Raychoo Studios is not responsible for any delays or lost mail.

Stationery

All stationery will be shipped via letter mail with no tracking. Orders above a certain size and weight will automatically qualify for tracked shipping, if applicable, a tracking number will be included with your dispatch email. If you would like tracking, please select “tracked shipping” at checkout.

Ceramics

All ceramics (and stationery if ordered together) will be shipped with tracking.

If applicable, you are responsible for paying any additional costs relating to import duties/custom fees.

Mistakes happen! Please email us as soon as possible and if your order has not yet been shipped, we will make the change.

If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee.

Yes! Please click the "custom works" tab in the menu to submit an inquiry, we would love to bring your idea to life!

Custom orders can be portraits/prints, pop-up cards or greeting cards. They are your ideas brought to life!

Personalized orders are applicable for portraits and pop up cards only, where the facial features, facial expressions and clothing colour can be changed; but the background is fixed.

Yes, of course! I'd be happy to adapt my designs into different mediums if it's not already in my shop. Please send me a message and I'll provide further instructions.

Yes, all giftwrap is free upon request at checkout. Each giftwrapped order will be wrapped in kraft paper, tied with twine and a gift tag.
