Shipping Times:
- Canada and USA: 5-10 business days
- International orders: 2-5 weeks
After dispatch, Raychoo Studios is not responsible for any delays or lost mail.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Raychoo Studios is not responsible for delays due to customs.
If any orders arrive damaged, please email raychoostudios@gmail.com with your order number + photo(s).
Stationery - Tracking
All stationery will be shipped via letter mail with no tracking. If you would like tracking, please select “tracked shipping” at checkout.
Stationery - Lost Mail
We are not responsible for any lost mail.
If you selected untracked shipping and your order was lost, no refunds will be issued; however, you will have the option to have the order re-sent with a re-shipment fee.
